Bonnie Lee
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mrs. Lee has over 35 years of experience developing and executing integrated sales, strategic, and marketing plans for clients. She has served a total of 7 years with the Volunteer Center of Racine County, Inc., both as Executive Board President and board member. In addition to her activities with Racine County TRIAD and the Elderly Services Network, Mrs. Lee participates as a key member on the RSVP Advisory Council.

 

Patricia Stachowicz
Secretary

Ms. Stachowicz is employed by Johnson Financial Group, Inc. (“JFG”) and Johnson Bank, Racine, Wisconsin, as an Assistant Vice President, Shareholder Relations and Corporate Governance. Her previous positions include Compliance Officer for both Johnson Bank and the former Valley Bank of Appleton, Wisconsin. Ms. Stachowicz's has served for five years as Treasurer and board member for Racine County TRIAD – a non-profit agency made up of law enforcement members, senior service agencies and seniors; this group actively promotes senior safety in the home and in the community.

 

Katie Degroot
Member of the Board of Directors

Ms. DeGroot has actively been serving seniors for the past 12 years in her full time position with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints as the Lifeline Coordinator. She is seated on the board of St. Monica's Senior Citizen Home. Ms. Degroot is a life long and Life Time Girl Scout serving in various leadership capacities – most recently as Cookie Captain for schools located in two large areas of Racine.

 

Victor Erato
Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Erato has been the owner/operator of Home Instead Senior Care for over 8 years. He is an active advocate for senior citizens. He is Co-Chair for the Annual Alzheimer's Memory Walk Fund Raiser (2006-2011), an Ambassador for the Alzheimer's Association of Southeast Wisconsin in Paul Ryan's District, advocating locally and nationally for Alzheimer's research, support, and education funding, Board Chair for the Racine Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), meeting facilitator for the Elderly Service Networking Group who meet monthly to advocate practices for the elderly (2003 to current), member of Racine County TRIAD. Mr. Erato is also a Rotary Club member.

 

Charles G. (Chuck) Joseph
Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Joseph retired in June, 2002, after 30+ year career in market research and corporate development. His last employment position was as Vice President of Market Research and Corporate Development for Ecolab, Inc. Prior to a business career, he taught Physics at Illinois Institute of Technology and did freelance software development. Mr. Joseph's extensive non-profit involvement includes service on numerous boards and commissions especially those which deal with senior concerns and issues. He regularly publishes newspaper articles about senior protection and safety.

 

Amy O'Brien
Member of the Board of Directors

Mrs. O'Brien is the Aging Director for Racine County. She has a Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a BA from Alverno College. She has been serving older adults for 13 years in a variety of positions.
